The site is a bit slow, and often will freeze during filling. Otherwise it is well worth the $72.00 I paid although it was supposed to be a free trial for 30 days.

I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

An affidavit is a form that allows you to provide additional information required to process your claim. Affidavits are sometimes used to prevent possible fraudulent activity on your account and ensure that only authorized users on the account are able to file a claim.
Simple. Be honest and return the damaged phone to Asuncion, or they will charge you a couple of hundred dollars as a penalty. HOWEVER, if you owe $1400 to AT&T they can blacklist your new replacement phone if you default on your bill.
You are required to return your damaged or defective device using the prepaid shipping label provided with the replacement device. You will need to return the damaged or defective device within 10-15 days to avoid non-return charges. Check your wireless carriers' program specific information.
Most of the time it only takes one to two days.
For all valid claims we will either repair or replace your product. However, each claim is unique. In some instances, where we are unable to repair your product, we will replace with a new or refurbished product of like kind and quality to the original product.
Non-return charges of up to $850 may be added to your wireless bill for failure to return your defective or damaged device.
Asuncion covers loss, theft, accidental damage, and malfunction the big ones most people file claims for. Once your insurance claim is approved, you'll be told if Asuncion is electing to repair or replace the device, if it's the latter, they'll ship it out to you overnight.
