Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Excellent Customer Support I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them. Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price. No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.
