My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

Impressive features and easy to use. My only gripe is that there appears to be no way of changing the date function to day/month/year, but it's just as easy to enter the date manually

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

Awesome Program
Awesome tool. I can modify PDFs easily. I have used it a lot since I got it. I really didn't know how much I would use it, but I use it a lot.The program itself is super easy to navigate. Not a single complaint. Easy to use.

Excellent service. Website is easy to navigate and the forms available are excellent. In my case, even though the website is user friendly, I think a short webinar to familiarize customers would be of great benefit. I would certainly recommend PDFiler to others.

It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
