this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. (If you take this idea up, please do let me know)Ross Harling

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

This holds true for both contested and uncontested divorce cases. Even when both parties remain cordial, courts require the financial affidavit in Florida. Without complete financial disclosure, the divorce agreement will not be recognized by the state of Florida.
What is a financial disclosure in Florida for divorce?
Florida mandates the exchange of specific financial information in divorce cases (Florida Family Law Rule 12.285). This includes tax returns, account statements, and deeds to real property. Couples must certify by notarized signature that they have disclosed all required records to the other party.
Do I have to go to court for uncontested divorce in Florida?
Florida permits two kinds of uncontested divorce: standard and simple. There is also a third procedure called Petition of Dissolution. Uncontested divorces require a court appearance of both spouses, while Petition of Dissolution will require the court appearance of one spouse only.
