I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Easy to fill out. A little slow with the next box catching up. But a good experience. Also, if you needed to fill out a box below, the "Next" box would be in the way.

Awesome software!
Very easy to use and great to help fill PDF's and create them. I use this software very often and I rarely have issues.
Sometimes it lags and it can be a pain, but overall this is a great software to use and I don't have many cons.

Great PDF Filler!
We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless.
PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are:
-Being able to convert a file into a PDF
-Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF
-Creating PDF online.
There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great.
Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.
