The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. This is my first time using PDF filler, but I like the ability to work with PDF documents this program has given me so far. I would really like the ability to highlight and possibly copy the PDF over to a word or excel document. But being able to highlight and put a sticky is excellent!!!

It's another great tool to have in my toolbox. It's important to be quick and effective in my line of work and this helps tremendously.
Love that I can go in and make corrections quickly and can share with my clients securely. Even more, I love that I can easily eliminate pages or combine documents into one.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.
