I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

Perfect Software for Small Business
I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system.
Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images.
Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

It was a little bit confusing as my computer skills have deteriorated due my age and also effects of a stroke. Otherwise I was able to manage to obtain what I needed.

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Do both roommates have to sign the lease?
Leases usually contain the rules under which you rent your house or apartment, and if it says that every occupant needs to be on the lease, everyone needs to sign it. Even if you have four roommates, your landlord could hold you responsible for the entire lease payment if yours is the only name on the lease.
Can you live with someone without being on the lease?
Yes, someone can live with the tenant without being on the lease. However, it is important to distinguish the difference between a guest and a long-term guest.
Do both people need to be on the lease?
No, but a landlord usually requires that everyone who is living in a rental unit be named on the lease agreement either as a tenant or occupant. Landlords have the right to know how many people are living in the rental unit and who is living in it.
What happens if you live somewhere without a lease?
If you're living there without the permission of the owner you are trespassing and the penalties are different in each state. Its usually better to have a lease both for the landlord and the tenant. Every state has kind of a lease implied if you don't have one, and you may not like it.
Can my boyfriend kick me out if I'm not on the lease?
In the U.S., if your name is on the lease, your boyfriend can't just kick you out. If you're not on the lease, however, he can. Same applies if you are not renting, but a mortgage is involved. If he is buying or has bought a house, and you are not on the deed, then yes, he can kick you out.
How do you get a roommate not on the lease?
Make sure that you trust your new roommate. Don't copy the key. Don't plan a big move-in date. Don't receive mail for anyone other than the tenant with the lease. Be aware that most landlords are quick to find out if someone is staying in the building and isn't supposed to be.
