The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

Why is my PDF so big when printing?
This problem occurs because Graphics Device Interface (GDI) doesn't compress raster data when the GDI processes EMF spool files and generates EMF spool files. This problem is very prominent with printers that support higher resolutions.

1) Click File -> Print. 2) Change the printer to Microsoft Print to PDF. 3) Be sure the option Fit is selected under Page Size and Handling, then click on Print. Using Microsoft Print to PDF automatically sizes the page to 8x11.
