Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

How to Sign Documents Offline

Use SignNow to sign documents offline on a mobile app. This is a unique solution in case you don’t have a stable internet connection. You can still fill, sign, upload and send documents even with a bad getaway. As soon as you have a Wi-Fi connection, they will be synchronized with the server.

Follow these instructions on how to send, sign and fill documents offline on your mobile phone.

Here my Wi-Fi on the mobile is switched off.

Import the document.

After users have been invited to sign the document, select Start Adding Fields

Tap to add text, signature, date fields, and checkmark. Afterward, the document will be saved.

Next, you need to invite users to the document, after which the document will be saved and sent to signers. After your mobile regains the internet connection, the documents will get synced to the server.

How to sign a document.

Regardless of Internet connection availability, you can sign the document with the SignNow application.

After you open the document, add your initials to the signature fields.

Add a checkmark and the document will be saved. When a connection to the Internet appears, the document will sync to the server and the sender will get a notification about completing it.
