I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. This is all I have used it for but am looking forward to what other features I will be able to use in the future.

It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.

Efficiency
When you have no device to print out and thrn scan..you can use this software.
It is very good software since you can edit signs and print document without having device to print out.
I do not have any leat because it is good at all since it has excelent advantages to me.no disadvantage at all.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Signage qualifies as real property under the condition that it is tangible property acquired by purchase and is “contained in or attached to” a building.

Signage — Moveable Signage that is not permanently attached to a building or permanently affixed outside a building should be capitalized as moveable equipment if the sign has an acquisition value of at least $5,000 and a useful life expectancy of one year or greater.
What type of expense is signage?
Signage qualifies as real property under the condition that it is tangible property acquired by purchase and is “contained in or attached to” a building. The IRS provides specific instructions for electing a section 179 deduction in the instructions for IRS Form 4562.
What is signage in accounting?
If it's a monument signage attached to the ground, such as an entrance to the business, it can be considered a land improvement and capitalized at a 15-year life. If it's something that is attached to a building (and it's material in cost) it will either be a 27.5 or 39-year capitalized item.
