With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

I find it very helpful, but sometimes I can't find the form I have completed and I have to start over when I need to make changes. Or it wont allow me to make changes.

Just learning how to use it. I'm a paralegal with my husband's law firm and I think this will help manage my work flow and communication with clerical staff better.

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I love the fact that you can choose which pages you would like to print. Another great feature is it saves each document automatically and you can save the completed document to another device.

The best out there
The best out there! I have tried using almost 10 plus similar applications but this one beats all. Really impressed about its capabilities and will surely recommend it to everyone! 100% satisfied with it!!

It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.
