What does an XML signature provide?

XML Signatures provide integrity, message authentication, and/or signer authentication services for data of any type, whether located within the XML that includes the signature or elsewhere.

What is Digestible?

DigestValue is a value of the digest calculated over the signed nodes, and SignatureValue is the signature of the digest, made using the key, information about which (key) is specified in Keying. You need to refer to XMLDSig standard for more details.

How do I digitally sign an XML file?

Create a Parameters object and specify the name of the key container. Generate an asymmetric key using the RSACryptoServiceProvider class. Create an XmlDocument object by loading an XML file from disk. Create a new SignedXml object and pass the Document object to it.

What is DSIG?

The DIG table contains the digital signature of the OpenType font. Software developers, or publishers posting material on the Internet, create signatures using a private key. Operating systems or applications authenticate the signature using a public key.

What is digest value signature value?

Digestible is a value of the digest calculated over the signed nodes, and SignatureValue is the signature of the digest, made using the key, information about which (key) is specified in Keying. You need to refer to XMLDSig standard for more details.

How can I get my signature certificate valued?

You need to parse the certificate yourself to view the signature value. For this you can use OpenSSL (openssl asn1parse ) or you can for instance export the certificate to PEM and import it in an online decoder such as this one.
