Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I am going to evaluate over the next couple weeks to see if I really DO want to continue a subscription, discount or otherwise.

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

Would be amazing if it had a free option for students. Could also benefit from offering different single line - shapes such as circles and squares etc

Found it very user friendly when using it to get signatures. The audit trail is also simple and understandable in terms of tracking.

PdfFiller is great!
Very easy to use to do any type of form. The only thing that sucks is the price because I don't use it that much to pay $96 for it annually. If it was $40 or less I'd be all in. Great app to get any job done whether it's personal or business. Thank you.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.

Great software
Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!

What should a fax cover sheet include?
A professional fax cover sheet will usually include important contact information. A professional cover sheet should include the sender details, including name, address, phone number, and fax number. It should also include the same necessary information about the recipient. The date and time will also be listed.
How do you make a cover sheet for a fax?
Open Word and then create a new document based on a Fax Cover Sheet template. Alternatively, you may choose to fill in your information manually on a separate line. Enter the fax recipient's information. Enter your information on the cover sheet. Enter the rest of the fax information.
Do you include Phi on the fax cover sheet?
Best practices dictate that cover sheets should be used when sending faxes that contain PHI. If you aren't sure if a fax contains sensitive patient information or identifiers, it's best to use a cover sheet anyway.
Do you fax the cover sheet first or last?
A fax cover sheet is a page that comes before the first page of the letter or document you are sending and includes information such as: the name of the person in the company that the document or letter is being sent to.
