Definitely an aid needed in my industry for State regulatory data gathering forms. Tedious and every facility utilized the 35 pg form differently with no consistency. The tool is also very physician specific though as a Nurse Practitioner a good degree of crativity is required to enter the desired information that has no technical heading/home within the document. Adding pages and making duplicates is key as it often required, especially with added clinical experience and with work history. The ssimple 35 pages easily grows to over 60 at times.

The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.
What do you dislike?
There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Footnotes and End notes. ... Leave no space between the superscript (note number) in the text and the word or mark of punctuation it follows. Place the superscript before a dash but after all other marks of punctuation.
Next, click References tab. And click Show Note. Now a horizontal pane will display at the bottom of the screen. Select the Footnote Separator and you can remove the unnecessary paragraph marks.
Click in a footnote or end note. Choose View — Styles and Formatting. Right-click the Paragraph Style that you want to modify, for example, “Footnote”, and choose To modify. Click the Borders tab. In the Default area, click the Set Top and Bottom Borders Only icon. In the Line area, click a line in the Style list.
Footnotes and End notes. ... Indent the first line of each note 5-8 spaces (depending on indentation you are using for paragraphs in the text). Subsequent lines start at the left margin. Leave no space between the superscript and the first word in the note.
Click Home | Paragraph dialog launcher (the small arrow in the lower right corner). In Word 2003, select Paragraph from the Format menu and click the Indents and Spacing tab. Check the Don't Add Space Between Paragraphs Of The Same Style option. Click OK.
Using the Footnotes drop-down list at the top of the Footnotes window, choose Footnote Separator. The current separator appears in the window, and the insertion point should be within the separator. Use Word's regular formatting tools to change the paragraph indentation on the separator.
Re: Spacing between footnotes Through the context menu right click on the paragraph select Edit Paragraph Style > Indents & Spacing and change the spacing above and/or below paragraph.
In that case, click on the ¶ symbol on the Ribbon's Home tab, to show Word's formatting marks. At the end of each footnote you should see a A. If there's a gap between that and the next footnote, it means that one or more of your footnote paragraphs has a paragraph before or paragraph after space set.
Open the Page Setup dialogue (from the Page Layout menu) and go to the third tab (Layout), where you see Header settings, referring to the distance of your header from the edge of the paper. Please note: your header will keep this distance whatever the size of your margin may be.
