It would probably be a big plus for most. I have been this job for 13 years and I'm so used to it as well as my clients being used to me. It just works to handwrite them for me. It is easy to use, it just takes longer for me to do.

How do I open a Smartie file?
Step 1 — Connect to Smartie at https://app.smartfile.com using your normal credentials. Step 2 — Drag and drop (or browse) your files into the Smartie folder. The file will appear in the specified folder after upload.
How do I connect to Ftps?
ContentClick Start, select Run, and then enter cmd to give you a blank c:\\> prompt. Enter ftp. Enter open. Enter the IP address or domain that you want to connect to. Enter your username and password when prompted.
