Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I have been hand writing my proposals and invoices for my landscape business for 30 years. It was time for me to create a neater and more professional means of presenting proposals to clients. PDFfiller meets all of my needs and is quite simple to use.

The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.

Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

PDF Filler Saver and Protector
Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment.
What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected.
Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.
