PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.

The app notifies me of when someone fills out my form.
What do you dislike?
The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.

PDFfiller is a very good site and the support team is the best.I just wanted to use the 30 days trial for a document the 27th may 2020.I canceled the subscription but I think an error has occurred.I see my account has been debited of 96$.I wrote them a mail and the assistant refund my acount.Thanks again PDFfiller for your kindness and your quickly anwser.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
