Thought it was too expensive and did not see the 70% discount for paying annually instead of monthly and do want that discount and as such a large partial refund of the $120 we were charged

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

Why am I not getting notifications when someone tags me on Instagram?
If someone with a private profile mentions someone who isn't one of their approved followers on a photo or video, the person mentioned won't get a notification in Activity, and they won't get a push notification.
Why don't I get notifications when I get tagged on Instagram?
If your Instagram account is public, anyone can see the photo or video, and the person you tagged will get a notification. If your Instagram account is private, only your approved followers can see the photo or video, and the person you tag will only get a notification if they're following you.
Why don't I get notifications from Instagram?
If you've turned on notifications directly in the Instagram app but still aren't receiving them, you may need to adjust notifications directly in your phone's settings. Open your phone's Settings. Tap Notifications. Make sure your notifications are turned ON.
Why can't I see comments I'm tagged in on Instagram?

When someone mentions you in their story, your username is visible in their story, and anyone who can see it can tap your username to go to your profile. How do I know if someone mentioned me in a comment on Instagram?
Tap the News icon in the main menu of the app. This icon has a graphic of a speech bubble with a heart silhouette in the center. Tap the “You” tab to view all of your recent mentions interspersed with the most recent likes and comments on your photos.
When I get tagged on Instagram I can't see the post?
You can hide photos and videos you're tagged in from your profile or remove the tag if you don't want anyone to see them. You can also choose to manually approve photos and videos you're tagged in before they appear on your profile.
How do you know if someone mentioned you on Instagram?
When someone tags you in a post or comment you'll get a notification that you were tagged, and you can find it by clicking on the little heart icon at the bottom of your screen. If you get a lot of Instagram notifications, though, you might miss the message, so you have to make sure to scroll.
