When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I was given forms from the VA but they were copied crooked and there was very little space to write. I am glad that I found your site. I was able to get the forms complete them and turn them in nice and neat.

PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
