I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I has made my job easier. I use numerous forms as a Clinical Manager for a Home health agency that does not utilize EMR. I am now able to fill out these forms in half the time. I don't have to look through countless paper folders to locate my forms, just locate on my desk top, complete and print!

This application solved my work!
I am constantly receiving email with PDF attachments which I must review immediately and in many cases merit that I fill or edit them, for which I had to download the mail file and manipulate it to send it again. Well that I finish since discovering this extension for my mail, through it I open and edit online from my mail the file received. This speeds up the tasks.
The only thing I should mention is that being an online job, the Internet connection must be constant and efficient so that the work flows quickly.

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

i enjoyed typing up the form i needed…
i enjoyed typing up the form i needed with pdffiller it really helped me create the form that i needed. the only thing wrong with it was not having spell check. thanks again

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Could perhaps be upgraded by getting you directly to one point you'are looking for in you document (pdfiller only underline the searched element but don't bring you to it).

The tool was very efficient for my work…
The tool was very efficient for my work related updates as well. I was able to store my documents and update it as per necessary. I was looking for a better way to see my documents on the dashboard like a folder view.

Can critical care be split shared?
Question: Can a critical care service be performed split/shared (any setting)? Answer: No. Split/shared services cannot be performed for nursing facility services, critical care services or procedures.

Consults are also on the list of services for which you can't bill a shared/split visit, but that's only the case when billing insurers that still recognize consult codes. Medicare, as you know, no longer recognizes those codes.

Many commercial plans specifically prohibit billing the services of one provider under the name and NPI of another provider and explicitly require that all services be billed under the name of the rendering provider.
Can a physician supervise another physician?
It is essential to follow the rules closely. A supervising physician should be present in the suite and immediately available in order to be able to bill another physician's services incident-to. Additionally, the performing physician cannot change anything in the billing physician's plan of care.
