It was easy to fill out but I had trouble finding information on 'other' in the first section. I didn't quite understand exactly if I was to put "nonprofit organization" on the line.

I used this program for one item in the past and just discovered today I can use it for many other types of forms such as Income Tax etc. Very easy to use, thank you. Wendell Juhl

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Create a table with a field of type Currency. In the lower pane of table design view, set the Format property to “Currency”. Save the table, and close the database. Open the Windows Control Panel. Go to Regional Options, and change the Currency setting. Open your database again. Open your table in design view.
The Format property affects only how data is displayed. It doesn't affect how data is stored. Microsoft Office Access 2007 provides predefined formats for Date/Time, Number and Currency, Text and Memo, and Yes/No data types.
When you apply a format to a table field, that same format is automatically applied to any form or report control that you subsequently bind to that table field. Formatting only changes how the data is displayed and does not affect how the data is stored or how users enter data.

Currency. The currency type is a special kind of decimal, with up to 4 digits on the right of the decimal point and up to 15 on the left. It was introduced for financial data and is available in all versions of Access. This type uses 8 bytes of disk space.
Money Data Type. The money data type is an abstract data type. Money values are stored significant to two decimal places. These values are rounded to their amounts in dollars and cents or other currency units on input and output, and arithmetic operations on the money data type retain two-decimal-place precision.
