How do I make my header full width?
Under Customize > Layout > Header, Header Width is set to full, and Header Padding is all set to 0. The padding has been removed from the top and bottom of the header image, but there still appears to be about a 1 border/padding on the right and left of the image.

How do I change the width of my header in WordPress?
In the Admin navigation on the left, click on Appearance and then on Header. Look at the text below the default header image. Note the width and height in pixels. For this image the width is 940 pixels and the height is 198 pixels.
What are the dimensions of a WordPress header?
The theme recommends a header image that is 1048 × 214 pixels. Since Apostrophe is designed for a large custom header that takes up 100% of the available width on all devices, the header image may be resized depending on the device it's being viewed on. Any resizing of an image will lead to some loss in quality.
