This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system.
It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.

good experience but sometime when you try to change something it's changing also the font and the size. some pictures disapear or become completly black so unuseful. There are some things to correct in your application

Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star
