Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.

The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

THIS APP HAS SO MANY GREAT FEATURES. IT HAS EVRYTHING THAT I NEED FOR MY EDITING AND CREATING DOCUMENTS. SO FAR THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THAT I NEEDED THAT THIS APP DOESN'T HAVE.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. How do you stack images in Image?
Choose File > Import > Image Sequence... and navigate to the Albedo folder.
Select the first image in the sequence and then click the Open button.
Specify the Sequence Options. Use all twelve slices, beginning with the first slice and incrementing by one. Do not scale the images.
How do you align images in Image?
Align the images Basically you just need to check a few settings then click on some bright stars in the image and Image does the rest. The details: In your image sequence, click on the align button and read the instructions that pop up. Click on a few stars, right click when done to start the alignment process.
How do you combine stacks in Image?
Combining stacks Just open each image stack separately, then run Image > Stack > Merge Channels..., assigning each image stack to the desired channel. The result will be a composite of each respective plane.
How do I crop the same size in Image?
Hold the alt key down when moving or resizing to force the location and size to be displayed in pixels. With Image 1.42 and later, hold the control key down (command key on Macs) to resize around the center. With Image 1.43 and later, hold the alt down to constrain resizing to the current aspect ratio.
How do I combine immunofluorescence images?
Open your 3 images for the 3 channels in Photoshop. Copy two of them into the third — select all (CTRL+A in windows) and copy (CTRL+C) and paste it (CTRL+V) into the other file. Now you will have your 3 channels as layers.
