After being turned off by the original warning about not being able to submit the forms to the government, which I think is CONFUSING, I kept digging in and found that once you pay they are acceptable. Now LOVE IT

needed to print out applications, employment verifications and a background questionaiire that required it be typed, printed out and sent via US mail. Most online PDF's will not supply editing capabilities. Thanks PDFillier!

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). How do I turn off fillable PDF?
If so then you can use the form tool(s) to remove all the form fields. That'll leave you with just your PDF page content. Go to Form Edit mode (Tools — Forms — Edit), select all the fields in the list and press Delete, then return to the normal viewing mode and save the file.
Why is my PDF Auto filling?
What is happening in your form is that the fields that automatically get filled when you fill out one field all share the same name. This is a feature in PDF forms so that you can easily propagate information throughout a document. Whoever created your form made a mistake and named these fields the same.
