What do you like best?
PDF Filler was a Game changer for me! All my files are saved as a PDF now, I can sign documents and send back via fax or email to customers. Its also very handy with my touch screen laptop. I use a stylist pen and clients can sign just 1 time and I can use it over the course of all their documents. Clients can come in and sign without dealing with paper and copying. All I need is 1 signature and that's it!!! My whole team loves it, and I have had other Agents ask me what I use, so I have referred several of my friends to PDF FILLER.
What do you dislike?
Wish they had more fonts and color texts. Also it would be great if we could capture a signature and send it in to use. Perhaps a bigger data base for signatures as well, and more documents to be saved. Overall this program is very useful in my line of business. I use it multiple times a day, even on the weekends when necessary.

So much less paperwork! Saves time, money, paper and ink. 90% of my documents are saved on my computer. So no more bulky filing cabinets and paper records. Less $ on ink, and paper which is very expensive. Its actually safer to save to a hard drive anyway. Very pleased with everything PDF Filler has to offer my business.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

Works great. Simple to add, sign and save documents
PDFfiller makes it easy to sign and save documents. Options to change sizes of texts and saves documents right online at PDFfiller site in case it get's deleted from desktop.

Quick download, easy fillable PDF forms online
very practical online fillable forms but using the snail mail from the IRS, i was able to obtain the same forms via mail a week later. I like its free trial but only needed the 2022 W2 form and not the entire services

I required PDFfiller to download some forms for my Son , and the download went well . I do not believe I will require to download anymore files for him , or foe myself .

I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.

How to Use the Stick Document Feature in pdfFiller
The Stick Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add sticky notes, comments, and annotations to your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Stick Document' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains various options for adding sticky notes, comments, and annotations.

To add a sticky note, simply click on the 'Sticky Note' option in the sidebar. A yellow sticky note will appear on the document.

You can move the sticky note around by clicking and dragging it to the desired location.

To add a comment, click on the 'Comment' option in the sidebar. A text box will appear on the document where you can type your comment.

You can resize and reposition the comment box as needed.

To add an annotation, click on the 'Annotation' option in the sidebar. A toolbar will appear with various annotation tools such as highlighter, underline, and strikethrough.

Select the desired annotation tool and apply it to the document by clicking and dragging over the text or area you want to annotate.

You can customize the appearance of the annotations by changing the color, opacity, and thickness of the lines.
