At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

Very useful. Some issues with mobile devices filling out fillable forms and not all the data showing up on the completed form. Loading times could be a little faster. Also, I shouldn't have to give the app approval to access my email each time I upload a new file from my gmail account. Once should be enough, and the connection should be remembered, but it's not.
