I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

Yes, you can reuse a Pocket. The manufacturer claims it can be reused up to 100 times. After removing the Pocket, take care to reattach it within 15 minutes. Oherwise, leaving it exposed to air can dry out the gel. A Pocket is basically a small stand or a grip for your phone or tablet device.

How do you use pop grips?
Carefully pull back the liner, and peel the disc away from the liner, exposing the adhesive side. Apply the adhesive disc to the back of the phone, sticky side down. Remove the film from the Pockets grip, and mount it in the center of the disk. All done!
What is a pop grip?
A Pocket is a plastic circle that you attach to a flat phone (or case) with a sticky adhesive. Once you pull or pop it out twice, the Pocket extends like a small accordion. That way, you can slip your fingers in between your phone and the end of the Pocket, allowing for a more comfortable and tighter grip.
Where do you put phone grips?
To find the best place to put the Pockets Grip, I held my phone like I normally would and stuck it between my ring and middle fingers. There's no right or wrong place to put it, and you can take it off and adjust its positioning later.
