It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool! Easy to use and export your documents. It saves each version of your filled PDF, so you don't have to worry about filling it out all over if you need to make minor changes.

Today it is much easier to work on pdf, no need for physics. pdf filler saves us paper
pdf filler is a great tool for editing pdf files online. with many features like add text, note, watermark, add image, spell checker etc. the software supports the largest platforms such as Dropbox, one drive, google drive which makes this software an essential tool for storing and classifying its documents
by its many features that the software brings together, a learning curve is essential. the software tends to become slow during sessions on very large documents.

What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

How do you strike out a form?
With the form opened that you wish to Strikeout text on, click and drag the mouse pointer over the text that you wish to Strikeout. Make sure that all the desired text is selected. Click on the Strikeout button. The selected text will now be struck out.
How do you strike through in Zip forms?
To use the Strike-Out feature, click on Strike-Out button in the Edit drop down menu. With the mouse pointer over the text you wish to strike-out, hold down the left mouse button and drag to draw a line over the text.
What font does Zip forms use?
You require the following system fonts to display the forms correctly: Arial. Arial Bold. Arial Italic.
Is strike through a font style?
Strike through. Strike through is a font effect that causes text to appear as though it is crossed out. For example, this text should have a line through the middle of it. The strike through effect may be enabled through font properties if a program supports it, or applied to text on a web page using the HTML or CSS.
Can you strike through text?
Microsoft Word offers single and double strike through effects. The Strike through icon appears under the Home menu. Highlight the text you want to strike. Click the “Home” menu and then click the “Strike through” icon in the Ribbon's Font section.
