Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Very helpful in my law practice.
Ease of filling out a variety of documents.
Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

This is awesome - to be able to do things to a pdf that I have always wanted to be able to do, and had to do, but taking the long route - this is a HUGE time saver. I just wish that it was a one time price.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.
