jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm . thanks

Still to early to tell. Until now, all I can say is that the text types could adjust more to the real ones and it could have an option to copy-paste fields through the document. Moving boxes is not that easy, either. Bur overrall it's been great.

What do you like best? Really a good tool to utilize for editing and transforming the documents. What do you dislike? Erasing any content in the document is little difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very good and useful product to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we used this tool mostly for the editing and get some digitizing the document.

On headed paper. Addressed personally to the named contact for the funding body. Short and to the point. Keep your letter to two sides of A4. Written in plain language. Do not use jargon or abbreviations. Signed by a member of your group who can be contacted for further information.
Keep the application short. Give the funder what they want. Tell the funder who you are. Describe the problem, and your solution. Ask for project funding. Be positive in your application. Offer a human story. Avoid jargon.
An address to a specific person. A clear ask and a specific why. Ask the office to reconsider, then offer a clear-cut reason why you need more aid money. Details of any special circumstances. Appropriate documentation. An exact amount.
Write proposals of interest to more than one foundation. Tell the story of your work using the page most often read first — the budget! Write proposals that support your general operating budget. Build relationships with funders before you submit your proposal.
Proposal summary. Introduction/overview of your business or organization. Problem statement or needs analysis/assessment. Project objectives. Project design. Project evaluation. Future funding. Project budget.
To write a letter of request, start by greeting the recipient with Dear, followed by the person's last name and title, or To Whom It May Concern. Then, briefly explain who you are and why you're writing in the 1st paragraph. Next, provide additional context and details about your request in the 2nd paragraph.
Express gratitude towards the bank's customer services. Describe the reason for the request of the bank statement. Highlight relevant details like bank account number and account name. Keep it simple and direct to the point.
You start the email or letter by explaining what you are writing about (the topic/subject) and what the email's purpose is (i.e. you want to ask them some questions or for something). Then in the next section, you ask them the questions or requests.
