Best tool with advanced features - PDF Filler
Add, edit, share & highlight option in one application. Easy to use and must have application if you publish documents frequently.
If you work on PDF files daily it is a must have application. It handles PDF files and let you edit and add content very easily.
- Easy to use tools
- Add text, edit text, highlight, notes etc. many features in one application
- No watermarks which makes it easy to edit and share.
It is working good till now and not found any such cons in the application. Conversion of files do takes times and using advance features needs a pro in that. It gets slower with big files.

Changed my small business capabilities
I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish!
I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

The overall experience was good, the only thing I would say is to increase the number of signatures from 10 to 100 in the case of signatures for the same document.

aomw kinks. the fillable form doesn't work for distibuting to multiple clients as it saves the info the last client entered presenting high-risk for data breach

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.

Can I get a document notarized without ID?
If you don't have ID, many states allow the use of credible witnesses. Two people could identify you before a notary public, sign the notary's journal, and produce identification themselves. But, honestly, if you need to get notarized, go down to your DMV and get a state issued identification card.
Can you get a document notarized with an expired ID?
Notaries can accept expired IDs, but only in certain states. Notaries are presented with expired IDs more often than you might think. The elderly, disabled, impoverished, or any person who doesn't drive regularly, often let their identification documents expire. But they still need notarization from time to time.
Can a notary accept an expired ID in New York?
Can I Accept An Expired ID? That is a judgment you need to make. The Notary Public License Law for New York states only that you must have satisfactory evidence of the person's identity, but it does not say an ID must be current. That means it is up to you to decide what constitutes satisfactory evidence.
Do you have to have a valid ID to get something notarized?
