I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all.
The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed.
I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

Can your child support go up without notice?
Unless there was a provision in the last support order increasing it in 2010, support cannot go up without a court hearing for which you received notice.
Can child support be raised without going to court?
It is possible to have your child support order modified without having to go to court--but only in very limited circumstances. Some judges include a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) clause in all the child support orders they issue. The papers you file with the court also need to be served on the other parent.
Does child support go up if you make more money?
Modifications are based on the parent's current income. If you are making more money now than you were when the child support order was established or last modified, the court may increase the amount of child support you are ordered to pay.
How can I stop child support increase?
To lower your payments, you will need to file a motion in court to modify your child support payments. You will need to file this motion in the court that issued the initial child support order. Most courts have preprinted fill in the blank motion forms.
How do I get my child support adjusted?
Fill out your court forms. Have your forms reviewed. Make at least 2 copies of all your forms. File your forms with the court clerk. Get your court date. Serve your papers on the other parent (and the LISA if involved) File your proof of service. Go to your court hearing.
Does child support automatically go up?
Just because the factors that went into calculating your child support payment have changed, that doesn't mean your child support order will change automatically. A great example of this is the situation in which one of the children covered in a child support order turns 18 years old.
