Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Fill in the Blank
Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate.
For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE!
Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

What do you like best?
Easy to use and updates my pdfs in minutes. Great for filling out forms and digitally signing documents in a remote working environment.
What do you dislike?
While there are tools to keep text boxes aligned, it could be a bit stronger when filling out forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PdfFiller is a great tools for remote working. It solves issues with filling out forms, signed documents and much more when an employee does not have access to a printer or scanner.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.
