I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller actually has lots of online tools that can help with many general document editing tasks. We can convert PDF files to lot of different document formats such as DOC files, which are files I use often at work. For document signing, editing and adding fillable fields is not complicated. The toolbar has tools that are neatly laid out and easy to access. There are lots of click-and-drag features that make using PDFfiller comfortable, even with hours of editing. There are also helpful collaboration options that let internal staff communicate about document edits.
What do you dislike?
From an admin perspective, it's been a delight working with PDFfiller, but some people that receive our digital documents can sometimes have trouble accessing the files and knowing how to sign them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDFfiller can be a valuable solution if you need to make lots of edits to PDF files and don't have a much experience with more advanced software like Adobe Acrobat. It seems to be designed for beginner users, but can also work for more expert document editors.

Most of our Company Documents are…
Most of our Company Documents are shared in .pdf format so having the ability of edit them without the need to print out and then fill them in is my reason for the 5 star rating. The interface is simple to understand and easy to navigate.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.

How do I print from Publisher to PDF?
Click 'options' bottom left. Click 'Commercial Press' Click PDF Options - PDF/A compliant. Click 'Print Options' on bottom left. Click 'One page per sheet' On right hand side, click Printer's marks, Crop marks, Allow Bleeds, Bleed Marks Paper size - choose A2 (or A3 if it works) Size must be bigger than you've created.
Why is Publisher not letting me save as PDF?
Go to Devices > Printers & Scanners. Deselect the Let Windows manage my default printer option if it's selected. Choose a device under Printers & scanners that isn't your default printer. For example, click on Fax or Microsoft Print to PDF.
How do I insert a multipage PDF into Publisher?
There are two approaches you could have taken to placing the multiple pages: Actually use File > Place multiple times, specifying a different page number for each. or. Using File > Place once, then Copying the layer from page 1, pasting it onto page 2 and changing the page number.
Can you change a PDF to Publisher?
Open your Publisher file and click on the Insert tab and then on Object button. Assuming you already have a PDF file you want to insert in Publisher, select Create from file and Browse the PDF file from your computer.
