I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I love PDFFiller, but I know I won't be using it often. I wish you guys have pay-per-use option instead of paying for a whole year. If not for this very important court doc I'm filling out, I won't even consider paying for a whole year.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

Changed my small business capabilities
I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish!
I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.
