I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print
Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

Have not been able to successfully append a document more than 5 pages. That process does not appear to be very user friendly to figure out. Would love some guidance on how to do specific things with this program now that I have purchased it for a year!

How I spent an hour filling out fields, then was forced into a trial through the threat of losing my doc if I did not comply with trial? that? that was messed up. the app is amazing. but that first experience overshadows.
