I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.

Very helpful tool, and easily accessible on the go! Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go. Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop. When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

Another important factor in the readability of a letter is the font. The generally accepted font is Times New Roman, size 12, although other fonts such as Arial may be used. When choosing a font, always consider your audience. If you are writing to a conservative company, you may want to use Times New Roman.
1. You should use a simple, standard font such as Arial or Times New Roman for business letters, and a font size of 10-12 pt (depending on the font). Even if your letter is short, don't use a large font size to increase the space it takes up on the page this will look unprofessional.
An appropriate font size facilitates reading for the recipient. Choose a font size of 10 to 12 points and avoid fancy fonts. Times New Roman, Arial or Calibri are standard options. Note also that the font style and size on your cover letter should match those on your CV.
Compact-width fonts, e.g., Times Roman, look best in 11 or 12 points. Wider fonts, e.g., Palatine, look best in a smaller font size, usually 10 or 11 points. “Large print” books are at least 14 points.
Resume fonts & sizes: The most common font to use is Times New Roman, in black and size 12 points. Other serif fonts (with tails) to consider that are easy to read include: Georgie, Bell MT, Gaudy Old Style, Grand. Popular sans serif (no tails) fonts include: Arial, Tahoma, Century Gothic and Lucia Sans.

In general, use a 'serif' font (such as 'Times New Roman'). They are more comfortable to read. Fonts should be a minimum of 12 point and 1.5 line spacing is recommended unless otherwise specified. Titles and headings may be in a bold 'sans serif' font (such as 'Ariel').
Classic serif fonts such as Baskerville, Carbon, and Grand keep your certificates looking traditional but readable. For a more modern-style certificate, consider some classic sans serif fonts such as Savant Garden, Future, and Optima.
