I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

I really liked the variable size eraser. I needed to send my bank statement out and I did not feel the party needed to know my balance when they were only looking for a particular debit.

I have found that Adobe is not only impossible to use for editing it is a nightmare!!! Your format for typing on sheet music is ideal. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!!!

Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.
