Can you look up your SAT score?
A: Past scores for both college-entrance exams, the SAT and ACT, can be obtained from the test publishers for a fee. SAT scores from October 2002 or earlier are archived by the College Board and can be ordered by mail, a spokeswoman says. For an added fee, you can order scores by phone at 866-756-7346.
Technically, SAT scores never expire. According to the College Board, “Official score reports sent to colleges five or more years after a test date are accompanied by a message explaining that they may be less valid predictors of college academic performance than more recent scores.”

ACT scores are available online from spring 2008 to the present. To view your scores online, you must have an ACT account. If you registered online when you originally took the test, you already have an account and can simply log in to access your scores. If you don't have an online account, you can create one.

What is a good score on the ACT?
Good ACT scores are the key to getting into the college of your dreams! But what is a good score? For most students, scoring above average, 21 or higher, is a good score. For those applying to elite colleges, scores in the 94th percentile (30+) or even the 98th percentile (33+) are good scores.

Why the act is inaccurate?
The ACT was developed as an alternative to the SAT, but is just a different test, not a better one. Like the SAT, the ACT has long-standing problems of bias, inaccuracy, coach ability, and misuse. Because of these flaws, no test — neither the ACT nor SAT - should be required in the college admissions process.
Why standardized testing is inaccurate?
There are many factors that can impact a student's test score negatively, including stress, lack of language skills, and lack of special needs accommodations. Additionally, standardized tests do not test every field of education, making them all the more inaccurate.
