the experience was mostly good, however, when coming from a google doc and putting the document here to convert into a pdf, the drop down tabs that were originally in the google doc did not work- in that way, it was tedious.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!! I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
