App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

VERY GOOD PRODUCT. WISH IT HAD "ADD/SUBTRACT" FUNCTIONS, WHICH WOULD PRECLUDE THE NEED FOR DOING SO MANUALLY AND THEN INSERTING TOTALS/SUBTOTALS MANUALLY.

It is easy to fill out proposals with your template. I wish there was a way to make it easier to access it because I will be using that document many times and so far I have had to search for it.

HOW DO I EDIT A FORM I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED
I love the fact that I found it easy to edit my documents. I could edit and download as many times as possible. Found a lot of useful information on the filler too.

When I tried to sign in from a new home…
When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

What do you like best?
The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

What is UTF-8 vs UTF-32
Always remember, UTF-32 is fixed-width encoding, always takes 32 bits, but UTF-8 and UTF-16 are variable-length encodings where UTF-8 can take 1 to 4 bytes while UTF-16 will take either 2 or 4 bytes.
How do I convert to UTF-8
