The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

Best Friendly user software It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures. I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more. I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.

It is a PDF editor very easy to use and very useful! It has helped me a lot to edit PDFs and very easily, when before it was impossible. You can upload a document from your computer, but also from Dropbox, Box and OneDrive. With any option, you can edit by adding images, signatures, text boxes and brands. As a disadvantage, the file load is a bit slower than other editors. however, it provides great editions.

I like the service and have been using for awhile! I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links.
