What do you like best? Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow What do you dislike? Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents. Editing PDFs. Redacting sensitive documents. Easier than DocuSign.

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

organization I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.

How to Use the Turn On Highlight Form Feature

The Turn On Highlight Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily highlight form fields in your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Highlight Form' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Once you click on the 'Highlight Form' button, all the form fields in the document will be highlighted in yellow.

To turn off the highlight, simply click on the 'Highlight Form' button again.

You can also customize the highlight color by clicking on the 'Highlight Color' dropdown menu and selecting a different color.

If you want to highlight specific form fields, you can do so by selecting the form field and clicking on the 'Highlight' button in the toolbar.

To remove the highlight from a specific form field, select the field and click on the 'Remove Highlight' button in the toolbar.

Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from, or press Ctrl+A to select all the text in the document. Go Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
