The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Fantastic online PDF signing and editing tool
This is a great online resource for signing, stamping and editing PDF documents without needing to purchase a PDF editor.
With the free plan, your limited in terms of collaboration, file sharing and upload locations. However, the paid plans are very reasonably priced and you can just purchase month by month as needed.

By far the most functional PDF editor i have used... Not that i have used that many, but this one was a breath of fresh air considering the other broken standalone PDF editing apps

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. So far so good
So far so good, I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC at home and at work, I am still on my first day of my 30 day trial of PDFFILLER but I'm impressed so far. I particularly like the library and search features. More to come as my experience develops.

Used on a Mac and had to fix some invoices. It was really cool the pdf filler would adjust the font and size to what was on the page. Perfect for what I needed thank you.
