Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named *** and within 5 minutes, *** had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, *** fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. ***** customer support!

EASY and simple
You know i have really enjoyed this app. It's easy and straight forward, I have had loads of applications to fill in as in rental agreements, work forms, drivers licence transfers which all require a signature. I love that i have a signature option and it stores my signatures. So handy and makes filling in application forms a breeze. I even needed my husband's signature and PDF filler made it so simple, i sent him a link and he signed it and it was done. I will continue using this app.
