It is kind of expensive if you can't afford to pay for the whole year at once but the features and ease of using the program are far better than other programs I've trialed.

It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. Can I notarize without an ID?
If you don't have ID, many states allow the use of credible witnesses. Two people could identify you before a notary public, sign the notary's journal, and produce identification themselves. But, honestly, if you need to get notarized, go down to your DMV and get a state issued identification card.
Can a notary verify identity?
No. A notary public may use any state or federal identification card issued by a government office in the United States. A notary may also verify the identity of the signer by: 1) personal knowledge. Or 2) on the oath of a credible witness. Check your state's notary laws, or consult with an attorney for legal advice.
What proof of identity does a notary need?
Official identification: The notary will ask for identification to verify that you really are who you say you are. You'll need official identification with a photographs driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID will typically do the trick, although requirements vary from state to state.
How do I verify a notary public?
Obtain a copy of the notary's certificate confirming his commission as a notary public. On the commission you find the legal name of the notary public and likely an identification or registration number. Confirm the dates of authorization on the certificate.

Can you notarize with an expired ID?
Notaries can accept expired IDs, but only in certain states. Notaries are presented with expired IDs more often than you might think. The elderly, disabled, impoverished, or any person who doesn't drive regularly, often let their identification documents expire. But they still need notarization from time to time.
What is considered to be satisfactory evidence for identifying a signer?
A birth certificate is considered a satisfactory form of signer ID for a notarization.
