At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Takes some time to get used to, and a little pricey, but acceptable. Will look around for cheaper alternatives when it comes to renewing subscription.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Great program a fairly easy to use
Great program a fairly easy to use. We had to cancel because my company could not justify the expense of the program at this time.

What do you like best?
I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.
What do you dislike?
The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!

What is a certificate of identification?
A Certificate of Identity (COI) may be issued to a non-Australian citizen who is about to leave Australia and is either stateless, or unable to obtain a travel document from their country of nationality.
What is the difference between travel document and certificate of identity?
The Refugee Travel Document application is fairly straightforward in the sense that you are either a refugee with protected person status, or you are not. The Certificate of Identity, on the other hand, applies to that gray world of statelessness as well as to those who are unable to obtain a passport.
Can I travel with a certificate of identity?
