i love the copy feature so I can duplicate forms and just change the dates instead of filling out the whole form again when everything else stays the same.

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

PDF Filler Descriotion
It has been wonderful from the online accessibility to the ease of computer use. The screen font was adjustable, so I like that it is non-discriminatory.
This software is affordable, and saved me some job hunting in person. It allowed me to sign some paper stuff online.
I o not like that this software left out the name of the company whose creator devoted it to. In addition, it leaves out some colors like blue and black from a police department.

Great Product
This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits.
The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout.
I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

Easy but not so afdordable
Not too bad
Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls

The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.

How do you Design a lease?
Landlord adds his or here Signature* by typing in the signature line, or writing in a signature, or uploading an image of the signature that has been saved on the computer. After signing, ezLandlordForms automatically emails the lease to the tenants, so that they may add their signatures.
How do I sign a lease agreement online?
Fill in the required details online. Either tenant or owner can fill in the information in customized Rent agreement templates or upload available format. Get the Rent agreement documented. The Rental agreement document shall be printed on the stamp paper of the requisite amount. Get doorstep delivery.
Can you sign a lease via email?
Email. One way to get your lease signed remotely is to have your future landlord email you an unsigned copy. When you're comfortable with all the lease's terms, print the lease, sign it, scan it back in to your computer and email the signed document back to your landlord.
Who should sign the lease first?
Tenants should always sign a lease first. The landlord then signs the lease to finalize the document and make it legal.
Can you sign a lease over email?
Yes, online leases are just as valid as paper and ink leases, and the signatures obtained online are as legally binding as those in-person. If you still feel uncomfortable, you can always print out a hard copy of the signed lease for your records. Ultimately, the main concern is having the lease is in writing.
