I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available.
But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

PDFfiller for contracts
I use pdf filler for anything between signing contracts and making NDAs. It's easily recognizable and has a good reputation.
The verified process and the ease of use.
It can get too expensive at times if you aren't getting discounts or special offers.

I had DocuSign and tried PdfFiller. A much better experience with PdfFiller. Easier to use, and less costly for the infrequent user like My Wife and Myself

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately. It is super user friendly. Great pricing after the 30 day free trial. But my favorite part is the set up and how many different things you can easily do!!!!
